Sharyl, and the rest of the team, were there when I had questions. I was updated on what was happening throughout the process. With the issues that did come up during this process, I was happy to see that we were still able to close on time. Thank you, Sharyl, and the rest of the team.
The phone and internet systems are ridiculous. I could never talk to the person with the answers and just got constant requests for documents that had been turned in. I have used loan systems before and this was by far the worst system I had ever dealt with. Use people not machines to think and it might improve.
