YOU GUYS ARE UNORGANIZED. I HAVE BEE IN BUSINESS 47 YRS AND YOU MADE IT SO DIFFICULT. IT WAS HORRENDOUS
I guessed someone forgot about when was the best time to call and make a note. Got many calls while I was at work during my lectures. Then, when I tried calling back I kept getting agents confused or asking for repeated doc requests.
Josie was fantastic! I was however at times quite frustrated with the PM process and with not having individual contact, but just a general phone number for my loan and my processing officer. It lead to much confusion at times that was no fault of the individuals helping me, but the PM process. I strongly recommend that this be changes, I would like to be able to talk directly with "my" person or be able to leave them messages rather than needing to talk with other individuals all the time.
