I feel like everything was going great until the end of the process. There was some confusion around the closing disclosures. I personally paid off some credit cards and sent in the documents however the CD was sent several times with the incorrect figures based on some CC debt. I also feel like my loan officer could have replied back to emails regularly. There were times when I wondered if she received my emails, because I didn't get a reply. Lori was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend PENNYMAC for home loan service. They were thorough and on top of everything through the entire process. I would use them again.
Shay did a wonderful job and stayed in regular contact to ensure I knew what was going on. Everyone I spoke to in this process was helpful and pleasant.
It was a fast and painless process - much smoother than anticipated.
Jesika and other staff were great to work with. Only issue was we couldn’t close sooner. Some information was not communicated till late in the process which caused us to close later than wanted but all is good!
I don’t really think it was Amanda per we that made my experience so miserable. It was mostly Gavin McPoil. But I didn’t get a survey email for him. The last 3 weeks of my experience were one king nightmare of trying to get in touch with anyone who’s would give me some accurate information. Many lies were told, many phone calls were left unreturned. Again. Amanda didn’t do anything directly to make this more difficult. But she also didn’t reach out to make any of it better.
I thought it went pretty smooth and fast
