Got the loan refi we needed and a great rate. The fees and charges seemed high but was told that's what we charge. Some of the fees seemed the same but with different names. We felt you already had the loan and was redundant in some fees.
Excellent experience with Tony Torres but more specifically with Jacobie was right on all the way through. Great job!!!
The whole process on line was very confusing. Trying to print out documents to sign, then return was hard. The whole PDF process is difficult to understand. Then when there was a question, which one of the many points of contacts do I call or send a message to?!!
LaRonda helped me every step along the way. She went above and beyond what was required of her to ensure I was able to complete my loan application in a timely manner.
Personalization
The expectation that was initially set by Anita was extremely false and inaccurate which caused me more of an inconvenience financially. Considering that the multiple methods of communication that was used during the entire process (phone calls and emails), to be told each week, multiple times of different closing dates, different/incorrect closing costs, being sent to another loan processor without being properly educated that there would be a change, and just so MANY other incompetent issues that occurred during my experie... read more
My lender issued closing cost credits in combination with a seamless, limited doc process that allowed me to remain with them in my biggest objective to refi my mortgage for a lower rate & payment - it has been the best experience- quick & easy
