Outstanding customer service
Great friendly service, responsiveness was outstanding, and the system for online processing of all the documents is easy to use, and it works well.
The process took longer than usual and I got the same email ,without an actual update, for weeks. The email said, “no new documents needed at this time”. I had to call weekly to get updates for myself.
It was a easy process and everything was clearly explained and communicated very well.
It was the easiest loan application we have ever filed. The application website was very well laid out and the loan officers I interacted with were very professional and knowledgeable. The loan also processes and closed in a very short time.
