The expectation that was initially set by Anita was extremely false and inaccurate which caused me more of an inconvenience financially. First of all, who is Wanda Ivy, had no dealings with this person at any time, the overall experience was a total s*** show, the only person that had any clear communication and clearly knew and understood his job, was extremely thorough and should be congratulated on a job well done was the notary that did the closing documents, the rest of the idiots were a total f***ing joke.
