The expectation that was initially set by Anita was extremely false and inaccurate which caused me more of an inconvenience financially. My streamline financing was the easiest process and fast.
Your phone systems are very convoluted. When I attemptd to contact Kyle McTighe on what was said to be his direct line I always got someone else. Could not leave Mr. McTighe a voicemail. I was told that PennyMac is in the process of "rebranding". If true, my recommendation to PennyMac is to "replace your Rebranding Team. They are completely out of touch with their clients; mortgage holders like myself.
