Pleasant experience and very easy
It was a quick and easy experience.
a few of the problems: 1) A lot of miss-communication regarding flood-related documents, which ended up that I am losing my grandfathered in insurance, which means an extra cost of around 2000 dollars a year. (15 *2000) 2) Names were wrong on closing documents

I received excellent service from Theresa. Every time I had a question, she was prompt and pleasant when answering the questions. She always called me at the time she said she would. And she checked in with me on several occasions to make sure that I was happy with the progress of the loan.
Brianna was a fantastic concierge throughout the entire refinance process. She is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. All my questions were answered promptly and accurately, and she made sure the entire process was seamless. I was extremely satisfied with Brianna and the refinance process. My only advice for the future, you are I desperate need of a cloning machine… you need more Brianna’s, a building full. I rate her an 11!
