First of all, who is Wanda Ivy, had no dealings with this person at any time, the overall experience was a total s*** show, the only person that had any clear communication and clearly knew and understood his job, was extremely thorough and should be congratulated on a job well done was the notary that did the closing documents, the rest of the idiots were a total f***ing joke.

The communication from the Pennymac team was exceptional. I knew where we were at and what was happening with each step of the process. This is the 3rd time I have closed on a loan with Penny Mac and while each time was excellent, this one was by far the smoothest.

The PennyMac team is great! They are always willing to help answer any questions go over things again and get back to you in a timely manner. I have recommended PennyMac to friends who are looking at buying a house and also refinancing because the process has been so easy.

a few of the problems: 1) A lot of miss-communication regarding flood-related documents, which ended up that I am losing my grandfathered in insurance, which means an extra cost of around 2000 dollars a year. (15 *2000) 2) Names were wrong on closing documents

LaRonda Hyde was the best
