There was to many people asking for papers and not talking to each other. Asking for the same papers stating they didn’t receive them bc it was sent to another person!
I was a current PennyMac customer and they help make this refi seamless. Great customer service all the way around!!!
very smooth process with easy communication.
There were some problems around the appraisal processing. It took me calling PennyMac multiple times to get answers. The final "ok" took a full three weeks after the appraisal was submitted for review. It appeared that there were some flaws in the process and communication was not very good during that time. "Just wait a little longer" is not a very professional answer. I would have expected a more proactive communication process.
