Everyone that worked on our refi was knowledgeable and answered questions promptly and treated me with respect. Not to mention Pennymac beat out my original loan estimate at another company. Great experience, and I’m glad I’m sticking with PennyMac.
On several occasions I was asked for the same document. When I called for clarification I would only receive an email from Regina. I never received a return phone call ever from her. I had to speak to other representatives or the loan agent to get my answers resolved. Very unprofessional in my mind.
The process was very smooth, and using the website for our e-docs was great!
