Everything went smooth
The multiple delays & errors endured with this loan was very disappointing. Caused extra stress on top of COVID-19 pandemonium. Agent Jorge Blanco did not meet our expectations for communication, accuracy, & timeliness. For example we left messages for Jorge but it would be days or weeks before we heard back from him, he made mistakes with cash to close amounts which skyrocketed twice, & he did not follow PHFA protocol to request subordination. We feel misled about upfront savings vs. costs.
