The communication between me and the Penny Mac Team was constant and clear. When I had not responded to a document, I was called or sent an email to let me know to look in the on-line documents folder, and this was very important to me.

The process was efficient. HOWEVER, your website is VERY CONFUSING. One set of instruction for accessing my registered account, and another set (and passwords) for accessing the loan application. Also, I had to change my password every time I tried to access my regular account. ANNOYING!
Pleasure to work with. Best rates of all the places we looked and questions were answered promptly. If you don't mind dealing with a financial institution remotely, this is probably a good match for you...
