I called on a Saturday and he spent an exponential amount of time with me answering questions, talking out scenarios, and helping to guide me on what the best and smartest option would be. He was very personable and informative. I was impressed with penny mac and the process they had of checking in weekly with me. It was a very low stress and easy process. Thank you!
I believe Pennymac could have given us a lower interest rate hence the reason I did not provide a 10 when asked if I would refer Pennymac to friends. Otherwise, process was easy and staff were professional.
After the first phone call everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My closing cost was surprisingly very low. The only thing I would change would be telling people that reviewing and signing documents on their phone is easy. I found it difficult but much more convenient than meeting in person. My overall experience was great.
