I believe Pennymac could have given us a lower interest rate hence the reason I did not provide a 10 when asked if I would refer Pennymac to friends. Otherwise, process was easy and staff were professional.
The whole staff that worked with me on the refinance was always there to help with questions I had and walking me through it all thanks to Tabitha, Tracy and all the others involved.
My loan processing agent Lana was on top of my refinance every step of the way. Every week she called me to provide status and updated me of any changes. I think the process was very timely due to her constant follow up and could not have asked for a better processor! I will miss my weekly calls with Lana! Happy process is complete!
