You never removed previous owner from title, there was a lot of delay because of this. This was not the fault of Anfernee Lee. This was a Penny Mac failure during the original purchase.
I live in a rural area and was told that I needed to get my water source tested. When I asked Sarkis where to get the water test he said it was fine to get it anywhere. I spent $150 on a test that met the requirements only to find out that it had to be done by the local health department. I was told that I would be reimbursed and I have still not received the reimbursment. The approval was on 10/14/21.
LaRonda Hyde and her team at PennyMac promise hat my loan will be processed at the stated time application was file. Great job!
