I've worked for a few banks and started with mortgages. Andrew is knowledgable and able to communicate extremely well. I knew exactly where we were at and what I needed to do through the entire process and it was effortless.

We have been with PennyMac for many years and they have always been great. If you are buying a house or refinancing you should give them a chance.

Communication! The entire PennyMac team was confused and unproductive. If it were not for the supervisors, we would have canceled the loan and gone else where. We were asked for documents that PennyMac already had and then asked for documents not needed. When we asked questions or guidance on the things PennyMac asked for we would sometimes not get a response until we asked to speak to a supervisor.
