The whole process was very streamlined. Communication was great it was overall a very stress free experience. Very happy with PennyMac overall!

You never removed previous owner from title, there was a lot of delay because of this. This was not the fault of Anfernee Lee. This was a Penny Mac failure during the original purchase.
