We made many calls to supervisors and voiced our opinions along the way. Tony failed us in many ways.
Communication! The entire PennyMac team was confused and unproductive. If it were not for the supervisors, we would have canceled the loan and gone else where. We were asked for documents that PennyMac already had and then asked for documents not needed. When we asked questions or guidance on the things PennyMac asked for we would sometimes not get a response until we asked to speak to a supervisor. Always available when needed. Very patient, knowledgeable and helpful.
Wanda was great. Signing of documents went much faster than I had anticipated.
A better understanding on how much my loan actually was going to go up. $122,000. Was my last mortgage balance but the new went to 127,000. So I must have misunderstood, even though my monthly payments were lower
Everytime I got an email or call was from a different person with different or wrong information,
PENNYMAC'S online portal was.difficult and I couldn't reach anyone to ask for help. This system needs to be.more user friendly for not-so-computer-savey persons such as myself
