The members of the Penny Mac team have serious deficits in knowledge, paired with the automated system that seemed to send out requests for documents two days after being provided, I was left unsure of whether they had been received or not or whether I actually needed to provide them. In a situation that is already tense it really added to the frustration. actual work..... i was being asked for proof of payments for payments made to pennymac....internal information if it is just a refi.

Emeldo Munoz was most excellent to work with during the whole process
LaRonda was great to work with and very prompt and helpful with her responses. The only area that I rated a little lower was regarding the expectations around the water test, and that was not a direct result of LaRonda’s communications. The water test was a requirement that we were informed o go before we were connected with LaRonda, and it was not clear that the sample had to be collected by a third party. When we communicated our frustration about this to LaRonda she was excellent and worked to find an amicable solution. ... read more
