Great service
My loan to refinance was delayed by weeks due to the appraiser being ill. I was not advised until the day before, was not kept up to date and only given "round about " time frames when I would call in that it may be able to be done. I understand unexpected emergencies occur but should have been addressed to stay within the time line. But over all still at this time still happy with PennyMac.
