Cheree was wonderful. It was the closing process that was ridiculous and and not accurately handled. They rescheduled my closing three times due to the closing team not submitting the accurate information to the title company. I had attorneys and the title company calling me thinking that a closing was going to take place only to be told almost an hour later than the scheduled closing time that it would not be happening. Cheree and her manager Nancy still worked hard to complete.

I had a great experience with Emeldo Munoz, Michael Angelo and the team at PennyMac. I have to admit a lot of the details go over my head but I definitely had the sense that Emeldo and Michael were there and accessible if I had any questions. The whole process was expedient and the online system was overall very straight forward!

Jeremy Brunson Was just plain horrible!! He sold me and promised me a cash out refinance and set me up with a regular refinance which was nothing what I wanted. I didn’t find this out until the last day for me to cancel this whole disaster! Than speaking to his rude and ignorant boss David which insisted that it was the best thing I did was refinance and didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. Worse experience EVER!!! They never told me exactly what happened to what I was promised. TERRIBLE
