I sent an email regarding the appraisal of my house which cost me $400, my issue was the appraisal was highly inaccurate and i do not pay for or tolerate inaccuracy. I should’ve been able to use the appraisal as a baseline for my future upgrades, but due to its inaccuracy it’s useless, I believe I should be refunded that $400 but the response I received was “ it won’t affect your loan” which is totally beside the point. The appraisal was missing 1/4 acre of land, 2 rooms and 120 sqft.

The mortgage loan process was handled very professionally. There were some bumps in the process, but ultimately the PennyMac team found a solution that helped to move the process to completion.

Jeremy Brunson Was just plain horrible!! He sold me and promised me a cash out refinance and set me up with a regular refinance which was nothing what I wanted. I didn’t find this out until the last day for me to cancel this whole disaster! Than speaking to his rude and ignorant boss David which insisted that it was the best thing I did was refinance and didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. Worse experience EVER!!! They never told me exactly what happened to what I was promised. TERRIBLE
