This was one of the most disorganized stressful experiences we have had with a loan. The communication was terrible, not just with our loan officer but with her supervisor as well. Our issues were not addressed until we had to go to the next level of management. If we do decide to refinance in the future, we will not be going with pennymac for our future needs.
Our experience made us feel comfortable and important to complete our loan.

Things were generally convenient and easy. It would have been nice to spend less time on hold on the phone though.

Wonderful experience all around
My loan closed just before the whole Corona virus outbreak happened. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and had a sense of urgency to my needs. I am extremely pleased that we got it finished before things started get bad. Thank you so much. It is a pleasure to continue to do business with you. Anthony was also very helpful in getting the refinance completed.
