Everything went smoothly.
This was one of the most disorganized stressful experiences we have had with a loan. The communication was terrible, not just with our loan officer but with her supervisor as well. Our issues were not addressed until we had to go to the next level of management. If we do decide to refinance in the future, we will not be going with pennymac for our future needs.
John is very responsive and personable. All my questions were answered promptly and the process was actually pleasant. I could not have asked for it to go better. Very happy.
