Everything went smoothly.
This was one of the most disorganized stressful experiences we have had with a loan. The communication was terrible, not just with our loan officer but with her supervisor as well. Our issues were not addressed until we had to go to the next level of management. If we do decide to refinance in the future, we will not be going with pennymac for our future needs.
Our experience made us feel comfortable and important to complete our loan.

Everything went as planned and it all started with Sydney Barnes (Loan Officer) getting the ball rolling. From there it was a seamless transition to Cheree' Payton (Home Loan Specialist) taking over and seeing that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I want to thank the whole "M.A.C Team" for their dedicated effort in helping us reach our end goal and completing the entire refinance process rather quickly. Kudos to PennyMac! Much appreciated!
