John is very responsive and personable. All my questions were answered promptly and the process was actually pleasant. I could not have asked for it to go better. Very happy.
Jan started off a little shaky and was not certain on some questions I had from the start. However, his Manager Ron O’Niel stepped in and assisted Jan. Ron really help move this process along well. Jan has definitely improved and will be a great asset to your company!! Thank You Ron and Jan!! Great Work!! Teamwork!!
Smooth clear and open. From start to finish.
Eric Briggs was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, prompt and attentive. Me and my wife would highly recommend him to anyone considering a mortgage or a refinance. Thanks again!!
There were some hiccups that were addressed but could have been better communication regarding required documents in a timely fashion.
We had a very good experience with Penny Mac they helped me with the refinancing process. They helped me each step of the way. When I called all of the associates on my team were very helpful. Thank you for all the
Fast service and very friendly
Everything went as planned and it all started with Sydney Barnes (Loan Officer) getting the ball rolling. From there it was a seamless transition to Cheree' Payton (Home Loan Specialist) taking over and seeing that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I want to thank the whole "M.A.C Team" for their dedicated effort in helping us reach our end goal and completing the entire refinance process rather quickly. Kudos to PennyMac! Much appreciated!
The entire refinance process was easy and quick
