Your people, especially, Greg Johnston were very professional, on top of things and very easy to work with.
There were some hiccups that were addressed but could have been better communication regarding required documents in a timely fashion.
Our closing had to be rescheduled because the first notary didn’t show up, without notice. We lost money since we had to close later than expected.
Everything went as planned and it all started with Sydney Barnes (Loan Officer) getting the ball rolling. From there it was a seamless transition to Cheree' Payton (Home Loan Specialist) taking over and seeing that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I want to thank the whole "M.A.C Team" for their dedicated effort in helping us reach our end goal and completing the entire refinance process rather quickly. Kudos to PennyMac! Much appreciated!
