Overall good service, friendly staff.
Glenn was very efficient and kept in touch with me in a very timely manner. My overall experience was excellent. Amounts to be paid to accounts were not the same as I initially asked for but the overall amount sent to me was correct; and I am able to send to creditors. The process went smoothly and I was serviced for final signing while out of town. I appreciated all the attention and servicing I received.
Very thankful for Erica Sanchez and Gary Zakaryan. They were available for all questions and always answered with concise information. With their guidance, we were very pleased with the level of service and communication during the process. I found them to be very pleasant and helpful from start to finish.
