Molly is a great person, So friendly and patient. You Know at Penny Mac it is so difficult to talk to the same person twice. Communicating with Molly Makes it feel great.
Everyone was super friendly anxious to help us with answers to our questions (which were many) It was a LONG process but Jason worked with us to make it as easy as possible.
Tahirah was very professional, provided excellent guidance on the process, always available .
