Cheree didn't know what was happening with my loan. Most of the time I knew more than she did. It was definitely not Cheree's fault but PennyMac really needs to ensure that they are on top of all aspects of a process. As evidenced in my refi, this is not the case currently.
The rates were good and Cheree was very helpful and super nice.
the loan process time was really fast but when we started the loan application they told us that we can save at least $200 per month but ended up we only saved $99 per month.
