The representatives at Pennymac were excellent in communicating with my throughout the entire closing process. However, the title company utilized does leave some things to be desired. I had to close twice and work through 4 rescheduled notary closings due to the title company representative initially not printing the documents correctly. The rescheduled closing prompted 4 times notaries contacted me to schedule closing never to receive the documents in time for closing.
