Jenny German is excellent. She is the only one who got back to me. Everyone else lied to me. I have actually steered two friends who were going to use you away from doing so. I will continue to spread the word about how bad you are except for Jenny German. She is the best!

I had no problems with PennyMac personnel. I had an issue with the appraisal of my home. The appraiser didn't make true statements on the appraisal. She said we had not made any improvements to our home from the time it was and that was not true. We had a new roof put on in 2018. Also, she didn't note that we had a microwave , and seemed in a rush to get our appraisal over with. She had somewhere else she needed to be. The photos of our home were very unflattering. LaRonda has assisted me on a few transactions and I wish she would be able to assist me on all of them.
