I had no problems with PennyMac personnel. I had an issue with the appraisal of my home. The appraiser didn't make true statements on the appraisal. She said we had not made any improvements to our home from the time it was and that was not true. We had a new roof put on in 2018. Also, she didn't note that we had a microwave , and seemed in a rush to get our appraisal over with. She had somewhere else she needed to be. The photos of our home were very unflattering. PENNYMAC'S online portal was.difficult and I couldn't reach anyone to ask for help. This system needs to be.more user friendly for not-so-computer-savey persons such as myself
