The entire process took nearly 5 months, Sumayyah rarely contacted me and when she did it was to say that everything was in and fine, and it WASN'T fine. Then sends notices urgently that stuff was not completed. When it had been completed months earlier. My wage stubs "expired" 3 times I believed because the process took so long. I have refinanced several times and this was hands down the worst refy experience we have ever had. We had to contact the original PennyMac contact Mason to actually get anything done.

I have already reported our issues with how the closing was conducted in the middle of us dealing with Hurricane Ida.

Better communication from start to finish. I could never reach Andrew directly and each time I spoke with a My MAC team member I had to repeat myself. Very frustrating and time consuming.

Glenn was very communicative and always kept me fully updated on the progress of my loan application. To be honest, I wasn't actually responding to any of his messages, because I didn't have any questions at any point in the process due to his clear communication!

I appreciated that the loan process was made to follow the challenging schedule that I had been promised initially and that I was able to communicate with PennyMac at whatever point I needed them to explain something to me.
