Started good and went down hill after the first two closing were schedule and no one showed up and no phone calls from anyone on my "TEAM"... then the underwriters were seriously ridiculous.. We needed to wait for a pay stub on the 25th of February .. with that held up the refinance for 30 days and Penny Mac has to pay for the extention ..and appraisal that wasn't suppose to be done … All of the sudden on Feb.20th we get a phone call Flavio saying we were approved closing was set for Feb.24th ..
