I feel i got honest advice back about what would be best for my refinance for what i was looking to do. And through out the entire process everything went smooth, questions was answered in a timely manner and the timingvfrom start to finish was just outstanding.

The whole process overall was good, Some aspects could be improved. It did not seem like there was good communication between the processing and the follow up. I was being told my process was complete and up to date and the next moment I'm being asked more docs. It just was not very clear at times.
Pretty straightforward, some miscommunication over all the options, but it worked out in the end.
The process was fine. There was more technology/telecommunication involved then actually speaking with someone. I guess that is a convenience thing, but I prefer to speak to people instead of communicating via emails.
