Everything, they make the process easy
For the most part the process was smooth, there was a miscommunication on the closing costs that ultimately was resolved and was the only issue I had. Otherwise this was a great experience start to finish.

The team was very professional and pleasant and the closing process was smooth and simple.
Before my refi with Penny Mac would of told everyone to use Penny Mac after this would have to advise them to really think about using Penny Mac. Was advised that I would have Zero out of pocket for closing and in the end cost me over $1400.00.
