So easy and smooth. I'm not a tech suave person but my Mac Team was very helpful in working thru the e signature and document upload process. my emails were answered promptly What I appreciated the most is that went I did call the customer service number, I got several different people, not always Carmelita or Terrance, but they all seemed to be very familiar with my loan and were always very helpful!!
My closing date was set for 2/15/2020 but the day right before it was discovered that my escrowed taxes were unpaid. Molly couldn’t help me understand why. Customer service may have been at fault for that but again no one could figure it out so I was delayed closing for another week. Molly stopped answering or calling before the issue was solved. I had to keep calling to see if the issue was solved and someone else had to step in and expedite my closing process for me. Thank God for him!
