My closing date was set for 2/15/2020 but the day right before it was discovered that my escrowed taxes were unpaid. Molly couldn’t help me understand why. Customer service may have been at fault for that but again no one could figure it out so I was delayed closing for another week. Molly stopped answering or calling before the issue was solved. I had to keep calling to see if the issue was solved and someone else had to step in and expedite my closing process for me. Thank God for him!

Tracy was easy to work with and very personable. She kept us up to date and made sure any supporting documents were sent in a timely fashion to keep the process moving along. She communicated via phone and email which definitely helped us to answer her questions quickly. Also, Abdul Saleh who originally took our application was also very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and took us through the numbers. He made everything easy to understand. Overall, our experience was awesome!
