Erica Sanchez followed up and communicated in a very timely fashion. She was on top of it. Follow up and communication is often missing in many businesses that I do business with. This was not the case with Erica and PennyMac.

Glenn was a very good guy, he always call and check and explain everything to me. And Glenn has the patience to take care of customers. I give him an A plus for that. I had the same issue from start to close and was not heard until it was to late, now I'm not knowing what to do and his supervisor that was suppose to call me never did it's been days now I've tried calling in and seems like no one will take my call, I've spent hours on hold! Your ad says Experienced loan officers my loan officer was not that was a lie.

Upon receiving my closing documents, I was informed by the notary public that I needed to write a check for an additional $142.00 because there was additional cost that wasn't factored in. I had NO previous notification by PennyMac that I would owe this money. Also, I never received any closing documents to view via online from PennyMac 1-2 days before the notary public arrived. Also, at my closing with the notary public, I received from PennyMac another PennyMac client's closing documents. :(

Overall, the process went smoothly and the team communicated regularly.
