The communication, accuracy and especially the willingness to work with my situation. I have never met a loan company the really cares about their customers like pennymac. Loan processing was easy and painless. Nekita was great in giving updates on where I was with my loan, and followed up with my concerns promptly. There was one minor hiccup, but I say that's a win for a loan as there's usually way more that can come up. Thank you for staying professional and patient with me.
First, let me say that Lana and Ben were great from beginning to end. I rate shopped and Ben was extremely helpful. I felt that he was being honest, upfront, and shared everything. My experience with another company during that time was not equivalent. I felt like I was getting all the info that I needed from Ben to make a good decision. Lana was on point, helpful, kind, a great communicator, and very available! I'm extremely thankful for all she did to help me close and for her understanding!
AJ did an excellent job of keeping in touch weekly and answering any questions I had.
The online portal was helpful in relaying necessary documents. The refinance team was courteous and informative when responding to any questions and concerns we had. It was very convenient being able to sign off on our loan at our home, after work hours. The only concern we had was that when the closing needed to be postponed, we hadn’t received revised closing information until we initiated contact with the company. However, once that was done, all went smoothly.
