Everyone that I talked to was always pleasant and never pushy or overbearing getting through the process. I enjoyed that my answers to my questions were answered late evening and sometimes weekends when I wasn't expecting them. It was a seamless process. Good Job!!
The Pennymac team did an excellent job communicating throughout the refinance process. The sales person was honest and direct with the costs and listened to my goals. They found a solution that worked for me and delivered on the agreed upon solution.

Not the best experience with refinancing.
First, let me say that Lana and Ben were great from beginning to end. I rate shopped and Ben was extremely helpful. I felt that he was being honest, upfront, and shared everything. My experience with another company during that time was not equivalent. I felt like I was getting all the info that I needed from Ben to make a good decision. Lana was on point, helpful, kind, a great communicator, and very available! I'm extremely thankful for all she did to help me close and for her understanding!
AJ did an excellent job of keeping in touch weekly and answering any questions I had.
Mistakes in calculating closing disclosure more than one time, caused a lot of confusion. Agents not able to answers my questions via email and just get back to me via phone and leave voice messages. Not able to reach directly to my assigned agent, I have to call and be transferred multiple times. Closing cost supposed to be only a month mortgage worth, it ended up higher and we have to ask for some additional credit, I was not told not to stop my old loan auto payment, we did it last minute.
