Mistakes in calculating closing disclosure more than one time, caused a lot of confusion. Agents not able to answers my questions via email and just get back to me via phone and leave voice messages. Not able to reach directly to my assigned agent, I have to call and be transferred multiple times. Closing cost supposed to be only a month mortgage worth, it ended up higher and we have to ask for some additional credit, I was not told not to stop my old loan auto payment, we did it last minute.
Great communication and quick answers
The lack of professionalism and honesty made this an unpleasant experience for my family and I. It felt like every time i called i was a burden or an inconvenience. One day i called and got several different answers from everyone i spoke to. Also i was told many times i would receive a call back which i am still waiting for and which are no longer needed. If it wasn’t for my persistent calling and getting reps to look into the account we wouldn’t have closed in Feb. The list goes on, can’t fit.
