Erica Sanchez followed up and communicated in a very timely fashion. She was on top of it. Follow up and communication is often missing in many businesses that I do business with. This was not the case with Erica and PennyMac.
Glenn was a very good guy, he always call and check and explain everything to me. And Glenn has the patience to take care of customers. I give him an A plus for that. I will refer to my friends and family to join PennyMac. I will continue to work with them until the future. Thank you for everything.

Overall, the process went smoothly and the team communicated regularly.
The PennyMac team assisted us every step of the way answering all of our questions thoroughly and they had a lot of patience with us. When we did not agree with our closing costs they worked with us to find the proper amount that we could afford and feel comfortable with.
