Getting in touch with Erica was somewhat difficult. I understand you all are a “team” but when discussing an issue with her and then trying to get back in touch with her to resolve issue, i was forced to explain the issue to every different agent i spoke with. Quite frustrating not being able to get directly back in touch with the person i had been dealing with.

Every step of the process was clearly communicated. Nekita periodically checked in with us to make sure that we were aware that nothing was being requested and provided an opportunity to answer any questions that we might have. She was easy to reach when we did have questions and the entire process was simple, painless and was completed as expected.
