I had the same issue from start to close and was not heard until it was to late, now I'm not knowing what to do and his supervisor that was suppose to call me never did it's been days now I've tried calling in and seems like no one will take my call, I've spent hours on hold! Your ad says Experienced loan officers my loan officer was not that was a lie.

What made my experience the best it could be was getting the pleasure to work with Greg. He was informative, kind and patient. If it wasn’t for him we probably wouldn’t have went through with our loan. He guided us to the end and I’m greatful for that!

My experience with PM has not been a good one. legal team needs to communicate better with your refinance team. I was clear from the beginning about the erroneous legal land description from title company, that caused problems with our previous loan. We were sued by Penny Mac without any prior courteous communication, just a summons on the porch! It was eventually resolved months later, but it postponed our ability to refinance. Then that same wrong description showed up in our new loan!

Nika Morris was very thorough in helping us get the correct documents submitted. We were not sure of how to send our resident verification but she walked up through it and made sure it was submitted correctly. Great customer service and very friendly. Also, kept us updated throughout the process and even gave us a follow-up call when the loan closed. Excellent service.
