I didn't have to do a lot of work they made the process easy for me
Nicole and Wes were fantastic.. Nicole was the most attentive bank person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was attentive, knowledgeable, honest and has the skill set to get things done on time. She surpassed any and all expectations I had and made my refinance process a smooth and actually painless process. Kudos to management at PennyMac for hiring Nicole. She is an exemplary associate and I’ll say it again, a real pleasure to work with.

Very fast and friendly service from everyone I spoke with!
Terrible staff and communication. Had to constantly call and pry for information. Some team members were unwilling to answer questions in depth, very short and rude responses by employees.
I was not given the details about how the process worked, i.e. I didn't know when my closing was and I was not told that I had to have a witness at the closing. I found out at the very last minute from the closing attorney.
