Nicole and Wes were fantastic.. Nicole was the most attentive bank person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was attentive, knowledgeable, honest and has the skill set to get things done on time. Nika Morris was very thorough in helping us get the correct documents submitted. We were not sure of how to send our resident verification but she walked up through it and made sure it was submitted correctly. Great customer service and very friendly. Also, kept us updated throughout the process and even gave us a follow-up call when the loan closed. Excellent service.

Terrible staff and communication. Had to constantly call and pry for information. Some team members were unwilling to answer questions in depth, very short and rude responses by employees.

I was not given the details about how the process worked, i.e. I didn't know when my closing was and I was not told that I had to have a witness at the closing. I found out at the very last minute from the closing attorney.
