Improve communications. Penneymac more than tripled my VAcharges but I did not find out for weeks. Initial estimate of VA charges were incorrectely low. Efforts to talk to Glenn were frustrated, often, with leaving messages that did not get response.
Quick easy process doing my refi! I am very pleased with the service I received.
