PENNYMAC'S online portal was.difficult and I couldn't reach anyone to ask for help. This system needs to be.more user friendly for not-so-computer-savey persons such as myself

Better communication from start to finish. I could never reach Andrew directly and each time I spoke with a My MAC team member I had to repeat myself. Very frustrating and time consuming.

if the doc server had spoken better english and not confuse me on the disbursement of funds!!!
We were told that if closed on time we would be able to defer our next mortgage payment for up to 2 months but it was only a month . The loan processor lied and the rep Lauren working my loan had other statements that contradicts what the initial guy quoted me. It was a mess and she took awhile to even get back to me. Getting in touch with her was a process and not timely.
