The over all experience was great and I have told all friends to go Penn Mac for their Loans. I have been with Penny Mac for a long time , Actually since 1910.
Wanda was great. Signing of documents went much faster than I had anticipated.
Laci was amazing! She was an advocate for me, making sure everything was right. She was kind and so helpful!

Your online system is terrible which makes frustrating feelings. I feel that in this age PennyMac is way behind. Your website and response times are unacceptable. Duality of requesting documents. My personal grade for website is f or FAILING TERRIBLY. Imagine going to website to pay bill and get a message from your servers system slow please try again later. Just paraphrasing but p*** poor in my humble respectful opinion. Your greedy upper management needs to be ashamed of itself. Worse website in my 66 years of life... read more
