The over all experience was great and I have told all friends to go Penn Mac for their Loans. I have been with Penny Mac for a long time , Actually since 1910.
Wanda was great. Signing of documents went much faster than I had anticipated.

Your online system is terrible which makes frustrating feelings. I feel that in this age PennyMac is way behind. Your website and response times are unacceptable. Duality of requesting documents. My personal grade for website is f or FAILING TERRIBLY. Imagine going to website to pay bill and get a message from your servers system slow please try again later.
