I thought the process went well. I'm not sure though that we have to continue paying mortgage insurance as we have since we have a lot of equity now built up in our house I wish that would have been explored more that's all.
Raveena was great! Once she got involved, I was getting follow up on a more consistent basis.
We were told that if closed on time we would be able to defer our next mortgage payment for up to 2 months but it was only a month . The loan processor lied and the rep Lauren working my loan had other statements that contradicts what the initial guy quoted me. It was a mess and she took awhile to even get back to me. Getting in touch with her was a process and not timely.
