Once Laci got involved. She as able to resolve the subordination issue. She remained in constant throughout the resolution process in order for the loan to proceed to closing.
Emeldo did not return our calls in a timely manner
Improve communications. Penneymac more than tripled my VAcharges but I did not find out for weeks. Initial estimate of VA charges were incorrectely low. Efforts to talk to Glenn were frustrated, often, with leaving messages that did not get response.
She worked with me on the phone and even when I was sick she made sure to keep in contact by email!
Clear articulation on the part of John and then Molly. Friendly & patient with having to repeat items I didn’t hear or understand. Great experience with live representatives who didn’t speak with foreign accents one had to wade through!
