The closing cost significantly changed from what I was told at the very beginning. I was told is was a streamlined FHA refi and that it only would cost the $100 application fee. Yet, this was not the case.

I was told by loan officer I was getting several thousand back (@$9000) when I agreed on the phone to the recorded session. When it came time to send in bank statements, I was to BRiNG @$10,000 to closing. Then when closing came, I was only getting a couple hundred back. Very confusing and defeating experience.
All communication was very clear and precise. All employees I spoke to were pleasant and genuine. The weekly follow up calls were informative and helpful.
