My experience with Ms Brittany Jones was extremely professional and highly satisfying. Ms Jones communication skills were excellent and she handled the refinance procedure with total competency. In summary my experience in dealing with Ms Jones and the Penny Mac team was awesome 😌 👌.
Easy, fast and convenient
1) We had multiple people calling, requesting the same info 2) The day before closing I was sent a rude email (2:30pm ) requesting bank info for my business. It said "Having trouble verifying your business is operating and open" What steps were taken before the afternoon before closing to verify my successful business of 18 years was operating?
