Proper communication, We had a very very hard time with someone getting back to us when they promised they would, this was very frustrating process :(
It seemed the team from PennyMac were not all on the same page, it was very frustrating at times. Paul tried , I felt, to get me info and to try and wrap up everything in a timely manner.
When I started this process I was told we’d get the $22k cash and our monthly payment would be $1985. I geared all of my information and the start date for my job was entered incorrectly so we spent over a week going back and forth to get that fixed so the system would stop asking me for paperwork that didn’t exist. I finally had to call to get it resolved after I’d been told it was fixed. Then we get the paperwork and the cash out was set at $18k. $4k less than what I was told. The whole loan process from start to finish was quick and the MAC team that worked with me on my loan were very professional and proficient, everything was explained and if I had questions, they were quick to answer, I would highly recommended this company and the team that helped me through closing.
Extremely pleased with the service I received from Sandi. My experience with the notary was less than ideal and necessitated additional communication for documents that were incomplete or completed incorrectly. The title company was very helpful with this process.

More importance of just much of my money was going to ‘paperwork’ and the wire transfer. I feel I should have shopped around with other lenders abused on what friends tell me now
