Overall the experiance was alot less painful than i initialy thought. My refinance took about 3 weeks to do wich seemed pretty fast to me.
I was very satisfied with all elements and receivable of my cash out refinance!!

Proper communication, We had a very very hard time with someone getting back to us when they promised they would, this was very frustrating process :(
It seemed the team from PennyMac were not all on the same page, it was very frustrating at times. Paul tried , I felt, to get me info and to try and wrap up everything in a timely manner.
Easy re-finance
When I started this process I was told we’d get the $22k cash and our monthly payment would be $1985. I geared all of my information and the start date for my job was entered incorrectly so we spent over a week going back and forth to get that fixed so the system would stop asking me for paperwork that didn’t exist. The whole loan process from start to finish was quick and the MAC team that worked with me on my loan were very professional and proficient, everything was explained and if I had questions, they were quick to answer, I would highly recommended this company and the team that helped me through closing.
