Someone who knew what was going on and relayed that to me. Having my closing documents correct and ready on time. Telling me how much I need to close. I had to call the title company on the way to closing to find out we’ how much I needed for closing

Communication. I feel I spoke to too many different people. I recieved no help with the documents and the portal. I had to request assistance more than once. It would have been better to have had one point person to answer my questions and request documents. It would have neen nice to have had my phone calls and emails answered in a timly fashion. On line portal was very difficult to manuver. I know we are all on line but I had no one to help me without calling and calling.
